Prashanthi Docca

About Me: Prashanthi Docca has been a CPA since 2024 and is a member of the California Board of Accountancy, the American Institute of CPAs (AICPA), and the California Society of Certified Public Accountants (CalCPA). She has a Master’s of Accountancy from Golden Gate University and a Bachelor’s in Mathematics from Kean University. Prashanthi started her public accounting career in 2014. She joined Bregante + Company LLP in 2015 as a staff accountant and was promoted to Manager in 2026. She enjoys teaching Bollywood dance, watching movies, taking long walks and, most importantly, spending time with her son.

Prashanthi specializes in tax compliance, tax planning, financial accounting and attest engagements. She works with closely held businesses and high-net-worth individuals.
